Chuo Ward, Tokyo Resident Tax Exemption etc. Air Conditioner Purchase Subsidy

Eligible persons: Those residing in Chuo Ward who do not have an air conditioner in their home or who do not have an air conditioner with cooling function due to breakdown, and who are exempt from resident tax for Reiwa 7 (2025) or are receiving welfare benefits.
Maximum subsidy amount: 100,000 yen (including tax)
Izumiotsu City Energy-Saving Home Appliance Replacement Promotion Subsidy
[Main Conditions]
Eligible recipients: Residents of Izumiotsu City who have an address in the city,
who have not received a city subsidy for the same purpose, and who are not delinquent on city taxes, etc.
Subsidy amount: Up to 20,000 yen
Ashiya City Energy-Saving Home Appliance Purchase Promotion Project
[Main Conditions]
Eligible applicants: Those who have resident registration (resident record) in the city on the application date,
SMEs or sole proprietors (including freelancers) who have a business office in the city on the application date.
Transfer requirements: Between March 15, Reiwa 7 (2025) and March 13, Reiwa 8 (2026),
if target home appliances are purchased from a store or business office located in Hyogo Prefecture.
(Purchases made online are not eligible.)
Not delinquent on city taxes.
Eligible energy-saving home appliances (air conditioners): Those with a unified energy-saving label of 3 stars or higher.
Subsidy amount: 20,000 yen if the total purchase price (excluding tax) is 100,000 yen or more,
10,000 yen if it is 50,000 yen or more and less than 100,000 yen.
