please inform us in advance. ・We will borrow the bathroom or veranda for washing the cover.・We will borrow electricity and water. ・The area under the air conditioner will be used as a workspace, so please move any luggage or furniture in advance.
・If the air conditioner is installed at a high place, scaffolding will be required. If there are problems such as it cannot be removed, cannot be operated,abnormal noise, or malfunction, we may not be able to perform the work.

[Notes regarding reservations]

・We cannot accept last-minute reservations. Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
・Please confirm that the reservation date and time are within our business hours.
・Please try to stagger your preferred reservation dates and times as much as possible.
・Due to high demand, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred date and time. In that case, we will ask you for an alternative date and time via [message].
・Parking fees are not required.
・Please note that we cannot deal with dirt or damage caused by the deterioration of the building over time.
・We request your presence during the work. Please note that if you are not present, the reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
・We will use your home's water, electricity, and gas on the day of the service.
