・If we cannot reach you within the specified period after your application, it will be automatically canceled after 2 weeks. ・Please be sure to notify us in advance if your air conditioner has an automatic cleaning function. ・We will borrow your bathroom or balcony as a washing area for the cover.・We will use your electricity and water.
・The area under the air conditioner will be a workspace, so please move any luggage or furniture beforehand if there is any.・If the air conditioner is installed in a high place, it may be necessary to build scaffolding.・We may not be able to accept the work if there are problems such as inability to remove, inability to confirm operation, abnormal noise, or malfunction. ・Although we use specializedtools and detergents, paint may peel off due to deterioration of equipment.

[Notes on reservations]

・We cannot accommodate last-minute reservations. Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
・Please confirm that your reservation date and time are within our business hours.
・Please try to shift your preferred reservation dates and times as much as possible.
・Due to a high volume of reservations, we may not be able to visit at your preferred time. In that case, we will contact you via [message] to reschedule.
・Parking fees are not required.
・Please note that we cannot handle dirt or damage caused by the aging of the building.
