・If you have an air conditioner with a self-cleaning function, please inform us in advance.
・We will borrow your bathroom or veranda as a washing area for the cover.
・We will use your electricity and water.
・The area under the air conditioner will be a workspace, so please move any luggage or furniture beforehand.
・If the air conditioner is installed at a high location, scaffolding may be required, so please inform us when making a reservation.
・We may not be able to perform the work if there are issues such as inability to remove parts, inability to confirm operation, abnormal noise, or malfunction.
・While we use specialized tools and detergents, paint may peel off due to deterioration of the equipment.
・Stains caused by discoloration or dyeing may not be completely removed by cleaning.
・Equipment that is more than 10 years old may not be covered by our guarantee.

・We cannot accommodate last-minute reservations. Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
・Please confirm that your requested reservation date and time are within our business hours.

・Parking fees are not required.
