・We will borrow your bath or veranda to wash the cover.
・We will use your electricity and water.
・The area under the air conditioner will be a workspace, so please move any luggage or furniture beforehand.
・If the air conditioner is installed at a high location, scaffolding may be required, so please inform us when making a reservation.
・If there are problems such as the unit cannot be removed, operation cannot be confirmed, or there are abnormal noises or malfunctions, we may not be able to perform the work.
・While we use specialized tools and detergents, paint may peel off due to deterioration of the equipment.
・Stains caused by discoloration or dyeing may not be completely removed by cleaning.
・Equipment older than 10 years may not be covered by our warranty.

【Notes regarding reservations】

・We cannot accommodate last-minute reservations. Please make your reservation with at least 3 days' notice.
・Please confirm that your desired reservation date and time are within our business hours.
・Please suggest alternative dates and times for your reservation.
・During busy periods, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred date and time. In such cases, we will contact you via [message] to reschedule.
・Parking fees are not required.
・Please note that we cannot address dirt or damage caused by the aging of the building.
・We require your presence during the work. Please note that if you are not present, the reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
・On the day of service, we will use your home's water, electricity, and gas.
